"NEIRON" with a registered address at Fragonard St, Benito Juárez, México City, México, believes in protecting personal information provided by its users (hereinafter "Personal Data") as provided for by the Political Constitution of Mexico, Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (hereinafter "the Law") and is responsible for its processing (term defined below) when collected through the website www.neiron.io (hereinafter the "Site"), printed media, telephone and/or e-mail (hereinafter "Other Media"), under Federal and Local Laws in force.
In accordance to Article 3, Subsection XVIII, of "the Law", "NEIRON" may request and/or collected through the Site and Other Media, Personal Data of users for purposes herein specified, as well as to comply with legal provisions that require it, or otherwise, when requested by competent authorities. In addition to that, "NEIRON" and/or any third parties involved in any phase of Personal Data Processing, agrees, and undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive Personal Data, according to legal provisions applicable in Mexico and based on the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility, provided for by "the Law." The Personal Data that provided by users at the time they login and/or register to the Site are intended to (I) develop, improve, provide, maintain, and protect our products and services; (II) communicate with the user, including by e-mail; (III) oversee and analyze tendencies and uses; (IV) customize the services through, among others, suggestions from friends, profile information, or personalize the content that we show; (V) inform you about our products, services, and websites, which includes sending you publicity and promotional materials which we consider you are interest in; (VI) facilitate the use of our products and services; (VII) allow you taking part in online games, contests, raffles, surveys, public forums, and other functions provided to you through our products, services and websites; (VIII) make recommendations and customize the content, functions and advertising available; (IX) prepare repair requests and respond to other customer service inquiries; (X) provide administrator interface services, including system updates, system messages; (XI) provide free games, applications, tests, and other content; facilitate demographic studies; (XII) understand, improve, and develop our products, services and websites; (XIII) avoid potentially illegal or offensive activities; (XIV) enforce our rights and those of our users; (XV) verify your identity and avoid fraudulent transactions; and (XVI) for other purposes to be informed at the time we collect your information or for which you have given your consent.

Login and/or registration through the Site and/or by Other Means involves full and unreserved consent of users for the Processing of Personal Data according to this Privacy Notice, as provided in Article 8th of the "Law." The holder of Personal Data declares to be of legal age on the date Personal Data is provided and to have full legal capacity. If, as an exception, data of minors or persons who in a state of interdiction or disability established by law are processed, no Personal Data of such holders will be collected without the prior consent of the person vested with parental authority, or if applicable, of the legal guardian or representative, according to the representation rules applicable to each case.
According to applicable laws, we obtain the consent of parents to collect personal information from their children. Information related to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information of our users, which includes 13-year-old minors, can be found in the sections above-mentioned PURPOSE OF PROCESSING, PERSONAL DATA TO BE COLLECTED AND CONSENT. You can review the personal information we collect from your minor child, and have it deleted, and you may further refuse to allow our future collection or use of personal information of the minor by contacting the Privacy Administrator of "NEIRON" by e-mail at privacidad [at] neiron.io. Before responding to your request to review the personal information collected from your minor child, we will ask you to follow the related procedures to help to authenticate your identity as a parent or legal guardian of the minor. We may reject any requests that do not follow these procedures. If you choose to delete the information of the minor, refuse to allow future collection, or use of the information of the minor, some features of our products and services are likely to be limited or unavailable. Please note that third-party publishers, application providers, and content providers may collect, use and disclose the personal information of the minor through our products and services when your child uses the content or third-party services. "NEIRON" is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties and we recommend you review your privacy policies before the minor provides or exchanges any personal information in the content and services of third parties. We strongly recommend you always supervise the child regarding the use of products and services.
"NEIRON" has physical, technical, and administrative security measures in place for the protection of Personal Data provided by users. Notwithstanding what is specified in the Consent section, "NEIRON" shall take such special actions, measures, and provisions as it deems necessary, to safeguard the right to protection of Personal Data of minors and disabled persons.
The Site may contain hyperlinks or hypertexts, links, banners, buttons and/or search tools in the World Wide Web which when used by users’ transport to other portals or websites that might be owned by third parties. Personal Data of users provided by users through these Web portals or Web sites are not covered in this Privacy Notice and their Processing is not the responsibility of "NEIRON" We recommend users to verify the Privacy Notices displayed on and applicable to these Web portals and Web sites. Users may find within the Site, pages, promotions, microsites, virtual stores, surveys, and other services that may be shared with third parties and who may request their Personal Data (hereinafter "Third Party Sites"). Any information related to Personal Data provided through Third Party Sites shall be subject to their respective privacy notices therein contained, unless otherwise specified by "NEIRON". "NEIRON" warns its users that some services on the Site may include, but are not limited to, discussion forums, personal Internet pages, classified ads, e-mails, and chat rooms. "NEIRON" may, without the consent of the holder, reveal, disclose, and/or transfer, within and outside the country, Personal Data provided by users to its subsidiaries and/or related companies, as well as to comply with legal provisions that require it, or when required by competent authorities. In like manner, "NEIRON" may reveal, disclose, and/or transfer within and outside the country, Personal Data to providers, sponsors, advertisers, contractors, and/or partners for business purposes, such as providing statistical data to potential advertisers, sending interest-specific advertising to users and conducting market research. Third parties who receive the information related to the users; Personal Data are obliged to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Notice, as well as with the Terms and Conditions of the Site and the applicable legislation in Mexico. The owner of the Personal Data may grant his/her consent to the transfer of his/her Personal Data under the terms described in this Notice at the time of registering to the Site.

However, it is important to note that not in all cases we will not be able to address your request to cancel your Personal Data, oppose to Processing or revoke your consent, as for some legal obligation we may require to continue processing your Personal Data. The user must consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of his/her consent will imply the discontinuation of the service or the termination of his relationship with "NEIRON". Exercise of the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of Personal Data and Consent Revocation by users must be made upon request to "NEIRON" and must contain at least the following: The holder´s name, address, and e-mail, to communicate the response to his/her request; The documents proving the identity of the holder or, if applicable, the legal representative of the holder; A clear and accurate description of Personal Data regarding the request to exercise any of the aforementioned rights (in case of correction the user must specify the changes to be made and provide documentation that supports the request); Any other element or document that facilitates the location of Personal Data.. Aiming to improve the experience of its users in the Site, "NEIRON" may use "cookies." For purposes of this Privacy Notice, "cookies" shall be identified as the information text files that a website transfers to the user's computer hard drive to store certain records and preferences. "NEIRON" may use "cookies" to gain a better understanding of the users' interaction with the Site and the services provided. According to Mexican legislation in force, specifically Article 3, Section VI of "the Law", "Sensitive Personal Data" is known as Those personal data affecting the most intimate sphere of the holder, or the improper use of which may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk to the holder. Particularly, those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future state of health, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, trade union affiliation, political opinions, sexual preference are considered sensitive." In the event "NEIRON" requires Sensitive Personal Data from users, users must provide their express consent.
"NEIRON" reserves the right to modify the content of this Privacy Notice at any time. Any changes to the Privacy Notice will be informed to users through the Site. Once the Privacy Notice is published on the Site, it will automatically take effect.
